The Vine Medical Center accepts most health plans. We suggest that you get in touch with your health insurance provider to check coverage with our physician before your visit. We are currently accepting the following insurances:

If you do not have health insurance, there is no problem. Our office accepts cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards if you are paying out-of-pocket.

Please bring your insurance card and driver’s license to every visit to ensure our records are updated and to prevent any unexpected charges. Co-payment, deductible and balances are collected at the time of your visit.
