The $69 DOT Physical / CDL Medical Exam Includes

- Complete DOT physical examination
- Blood pressure
- Height and weight

- Hearing testing
- Required urinalysis
- Completion of the Medical Examination Report (MCSA-5875)
- Medical Examiner’s Certificate (MCSA-5876), when medically qualified
- Required electronic reporting of examination results to FMCSA
- Copy of the Medical Examiner’s Certificate for the driver
