Licensed Vocational Nurse Position
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with procedures
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Assist with specimen collection processing and laboratory testing
- Perform basic sonography procedures as needed
- Ensure accurate coding and documentation of patient encounters
Experience required:
- Must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas
- 2 year experience working in a healthcare setting is required
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required
- Proficient in basic nursing skills, including medication administration and wound care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Licenses/Certifications required:
- LVN (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- LPN (Preferred)

Office location: DFW Area with flexibility to commute/relocate between offices before starting the job
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.83 – $21.47 per hour based on experience
