No. The Concierge Program is not a replacement for insurance; rather, it provides an ethical, compliant, and affordable option for continuous medical care. With insurance premiums rising and coverage gaps widening, The Vine Medical Center created this program to ensure continuous care.
How much does it cost?
- Members pay $200 annual fee.
- 4 visits per year at a $100 each.
- 12 televisits per year at $75 each.
- Members enjoy priority scheduling for in-person and telehealth visits.
- Members receive discounted rates of all eligible services.
- Members have a dedicated line for questions and scheduling.
What are some of the services available?

Yes. The Vine Medical Center continues to accept most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid.
